OneRiverside's developer/builder, The Plinth Group, was honored last week by the Urban Land Institute with a Development of Excellence Award for Kirkwood Station, OneRiverside's sister development. Kirkwood Station was among significant company as other Development of Excellence Awards went to the St. Regis Hotel in Buckhead, Allen Plaza in Downtown Atlanta, and the HudsonAlpha Institute of Biotechnology in Huntsville, Alabama. Project of the Year was awarded to the Sovereign/3344 Peachtree development in Buckhead.
