OneRiverside's Live/Work TownHomes feature three different floor plans. Each one has street-front work space that is flexible for use as an office, shop, store, gallery, studio, or even as flexible space for the residence. This ground level includes a rear-entry two-car garage that has finished and painted sheetrock and epoxy finished garage floor. The front entrance has a commercial glass door flanked by windows, and to the side a residential entry door. The interior of the work space is designed to have a wall creating a hallway between the front residential entry and the garage, with access to the stairs up to the main level of the residence. In several units we have omitted the wall which allows the hallway to become part of the work space. Owners with a retail shop or frequent visitors will likely want the wall and hallway to separate the work space from the residence. Owners who use the space for their office and have few visitors will probably want the space open. We can reconfigure this arrangement to the buyer's needs.
