You must have a contract in place by April 30, 2010 and close by June 30, 2010 to qualify for the Federal Tax Credits. OneRiverside has finished units, ready to close.

First Time Home Buyer credit is $8,000 - you cannot have owned a home during the past three years. If you have owned a home for five full years, the credit is $6,500.

These are tax CREDITS. If you are due a refund, or do not owe any tax, you will receive the full amount in ADDITION to your regular refund. If you owe some tax, that will be subtracted from this credit and you will receive the difference as a refund.

There is an income limit above which the tax credit is reduced. For single taxpayers, the maximum adjusted gross income is $125,000, or for married filing jointly, the maximum adjusted gross income is $225,000.

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association held the annual OBIE Awards Ceremony on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at the Cobb Galleria Center.

The developer and builder of OneRiverside, The Plinth Group, received five 2009 OBIE Awards for OneRiverside. Three Gold OBIE Awards and two Silver OBIE Awards. The Gold OBIE Awards were presented in the following categories:

Here is the start of the new blog for OneRiverside. We've had a text-only blog page on our web site for some time. Now we are setting up a new blog using Blogger. Two primary things this will change is the ability to use graphics and embedded links in each post.

OneRiverside construction progress is remarkable. Phase One is 99% complete. The Live / Work TownHomes were finished just over a month ago. The CityHomes are getting final punch-out and decorating of the model unit. Everyone who visits is suitably impressed. The standard features include exotic hardwood floors (teak, walnut, cherry, hickory); high-end counter tops including quartz, marble and granite; 36" heavy duty stainless steel farm sinks; instant hot water in kitchen; tile backsplash; vessel sinks; dual-flush toilets; deep european-style free standing tubs; finished garages with expoxy floors; just to name a few.
